We provide guidance and administrative coordination based on the information and requirements available at the time. Licences, visas, registrations, bank accounts and other approvals remain subject to the decisions of the relevant authorities or independent third parties.

Requirements, fees, procedures and timelines may change without notice. Nikki Advisory does not guarantee an approval or processing time and is not responsible for delays, rejection or additional requirements outside its control.

Clients must provide accurate, authentic, complete and current information and documents, disclose matters relevant to the requested service, comply with applicable AML, KYC, UBO and other requirements, and respond promptly when information, signatures or approvals are needed.

Nikki Advisory may decline or discontinue an engagement where the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

Fees, payment terms and included services are set out in the relevant quotation, proposal or invoice. Government, authority, visa and third-party costs are additional unless expressly included, and changes in scope may result in further charges.

Amounts already paid or processed for government or third-party services may be non-refundable. Further details appear in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless stated otherwise, Nikki Advisory owns or lawfully uses the text, guides, graphics, logos and other original website materials. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable law.

If a separate written agreement specifies different governing law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution arrangements for an engagement, that agreement will prevail.
